The Client

Augustine Financial, LLC offers meaningful and thoughtful financial planning and management to private clients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. The financial team at Augustine works hard to make financial planning a positive, educational experience that helps set their clients up for a worry-free future. Augustine Financial, LLC is family owned and operated out of two offices located in Brookfield and West Bend, WI.

THE REQUEST

The team at Augustine reached out to Ocreative to help develop a new brochure for their advisors to use when walking new clients through their services, processes, and values. They really wanted something that told a complete story about the financial journey that real people could connect with easily. They wanted the new brochure to highlight their work ethic, their close connections with their clients, and reflect the values of their team.

THE STRATEGY

In order to make an impact and to create a piece that clients wanted to keep, we chose to take a unique approach to the sizing and structure of the brochure. Rather than a regular tri-fold structure, we chose to pursue a more editorial format to drive reader interaction. After reviewing existing collateral for financial institutions and discussing the intended use with the team, we developed a 12-page booklet sized 8.5” x 11”. By using a larger size, we were able to incorporate more detailed imagery, custom graphics, and descriptive copy that together, told a complete story.

Our graphic design team developed a series of custom graphics around Augustine’s financial philosophy “Plan, Enjoy, Share.” Beautiful imagery of serene nature paired with a custom color story selected for its calm and confident characteristics help readers as they start their journey towards future financial stability. Clear and concise copy paired with gentle and approachable headlines make the content more approachable for first-time clients, while images of the Augustine team help to establish trust

THE OUTCOME

The final presentation booklet was printed on 80# stock with a silk finish on the cover to create a smooth and impactful tactile experience. We also created a digital, web-optimized flip book of the same brochure for the Augustine team to use on their website and share out with clients remotely if in-person meetings were not possible. The final brochure helped align Augustine Financial’s messaging and gives their advisors a polished, well-thought-out tool to better guide their introductory client meetings.
