Redesigning the Digital Hub for Anesthesiologist Assistant Program Oversight
The Accreditation Review Committee for the Anesthesiologist Assistant (ARC-AA) serves as the national accrediting authority for AA education programs across the U.S. Their role is critical, ensuring the rigor, consistency, and quality of training programs that prepare future anesthesiologist assistants to deliver safe, effective care.
Simplifying Accreditation Access for Programs Nationwide
After completing their new branding initiative with Ocreative, ARC-AA was ready to tackle their website. Their previous site was dense, outdated, and difficult to navigate, especially for programs working through the complex accreditation process. ARC-AA needed a refreshed online platform that reflected their new identity, clarified their purpose, and streamlined access to the information programs rely on most.
Designing an Intuitive Accreditation Workflow Online
We took a strategy-first approach, working closely with ARC-AA to understand their accreditation workflow, common pain points, and primary audiences. The site had to be efficient and professional, built to instill confidence, provide clarity, and reduce friction for visitors at all levels of familiarity.

THE RESULTS
Since launch, ARC-AA has seen a meaningful reduction in confusion and support requests from programs in the accreditation pipeline.
