RSV Vaccine Awareness for Immunize Wisconsin

Vaccine Awareness Print Materials Designed By Ocreative

Equipping Providers With Clear RSV Immunization Resources

To combat low RSV vaccination rates and build awareness of new recommendations for maternal and infant immunization, Immunize Wisconsin engaged Ocreative to develop a physical outreach bundle aimed at healthcare providers throughout the state. The initiative needed to:

  • Equip providers with clear, accessible, and science-backed materials to support RSV vaccine conversations.
  • Include both provider- and patient-facing resources to maximize reach.
  • Ensure delivery before the upcoming RSV season with rapid production and distribution under a strict deadline.

Delivering Clear, Actionable Tools to Clinics Under Tight Timelines

With an accelerated timeline and limited budget, our team created a strategically bundled suite of print materials and executed a statewide mailing campaign.

Key components included:

  • Curated mailing list strategy: We cross-referenced member and public databases with verified clinician listings to ensure accuracy and eliminate waste. This ensured materials reached practicing pediatricians and relevant providers.
  • Branded envelope design: A bold, custom envelope helped recipients quickly recognize and prioritize the materials inside.
  • Custom provider-facing materials:
    • Quick Facts Sheet outlining key RSV vaccine information.
    • Intro Letter from Immunize Wisconsin explaining the campaign’s purpose.
    • Dosing Decision Tree for infant eligibility and weight-based administration.
  • Patient-facing materials:
    • In-clinic poster encouraging vaccine discussions with pregnant individuals and caregivers.
    • Take-home FAQ half sheet with simplified vaccine information.

All materials were designed for clarity, professionalism, and fast implementation in clinical settings.

Rsv Vaccination Print Materials Bundle

THE RESULTS

Over 3,800 bundles were printed, packaged, and mailed to clinics and pediatric providers across Wisconsin within weeks.

THE MATERIALS HELPED:
  • Ensure clinicians were equipped with up-to-date RSV vaccine guidelines before the 2025–2026 RSV season.
  • Support informed vaccine conversations in-office and at the point of care.
  • Increase visibility and trust for Immunize Wisconsin’s role in clinical education and provider outreach.

This print campaign was a critical component of a broader multichannel effort to elevate provider voices in vaccine advocacy, and delivered a powerful message right to the mailboxes (and exam rooms) of those who needed it most.

I have worked with Ocreative for more than a decade with excellent results across projects – website, direct mail, digital media, and more. Their team is honest, talented, fun to work with, fair and respectful. They are quick to respond, able to adapt, and skilled at involving a variety of people in diverse organizational roles to ensure the best possible collaboration. No question is too small or too large. Yes, they are an award-winning agency (including with some of our projects!), and yes, their portfolio is amazing – but they succeed beyond measure because of their people and their approach toward their clients. We simply wouldn’t choose any other partner for creative projects.
