Strategic Print Bundles for Clinicians & School Leadership

The Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (ICAAP) is a nonprofit membership organization of over 2,000 pediatricians committed to promoting the health and well-being of children across Illinois through advocacy, education, and collaborative action.

Strategic Print Bundles Made For Icaap By Ocreative

Equipping Schools and Clinicians With Resources to Promote Vaccine Awareness

As part of their annual back-to-school immunization awareness efforts, ICAAP tasked Ocreative with developing two strategic print bundles: one for school administrators and one for pediatric clinicians. The goal was to encourage vaccine compliance, increase awareness of the school immunization requirements, and promote the newly developed Immunizations Toolkit for School Leadership.

To maximize impact and reduce waste, ICAAP needed help identifying the right audience, cleaning mailing lists, and ensuring messaging landed clearly with each group.

Pairing Custom Envelopes, Clean Lists, and Clear Messaging for Maximum Impact

We carefully segmented audiences to create two tailored outreach packages:

SCHOOL LEADER PRINT BUNDLE
Designed to equip administrators with posters and flyers that explain grade-specific vaccine requirements and link them to the full Immunization Toolkit. The messaging was clear, positive, and actionable so school leaders could approach the new year with confidence and they resources they need for better outreach.

PROVIDER PRINT BUNDLE
Developed to empower pediatric clinicians with quick reference tools and talking points for families, aligning their messaging with current school enrollment vaccine mandates.

For both bundles, Ocreative:

  • Designed custom branded envelopes with strong CTAs and bold, eye-catching design to ensure materials were opened.
  • Refined and cleaned mailing lists, cross-referencing contacts and business listings to ensure every dollar spent went toward an accurate and impactful delivery.
  • Handled all design, print coordination, and delivery, ensuring materials were in hand ahead of the summer break push.

THE RESULTS

Hundreds of bundles were delivered directly to schools and providers across Illinois, each tailored to their specific role in vaccine compliance. By combining strategic mailing with clear, beautifully designed materials, ICAAP was able to amplify awareness of vaccine requirements and direct stakeholders to the downloadable Immunization Toolkit.

The materials drove early summer engagement, equipped leaders and clinicians for fall readiness, and aligned all stakeholders around the common goal of keeping Illinois children healthy and in school.

We have worked with O-Creative since 2021. During this time, we have partnered to revamp our website; rebrand and update our logo; launch multiple multi-media campaigns for the general public and pediatric clinicians; create clinical resources, toolkits and manuals; and complete large-scale education and outreach projects around a variety of health topics including mental health, immunizations, firearm safety, oral health, literacy, adverse childhood experiences, and more. Throughout each project, the O-Creative team has delivered exceptional work from concept through execution. They have helped us navigate rapidly changing environments with ease, adapting visuals and messaging that resonated across both clinical audiences and the general public. Their ability to synthesize feedback, maintain timelines, and elevate our brand and children’s health has exceeded expectations. We appreciated their collaborative approach, strategic thinking, and deep attention to detail. I highly recommend their services for any organization seeking thoughtful and expert design and media support.
