The Client
Stapleton Realty is an established, full-service real estate firm in the heart of Oconomowoc, WI. Their team has a reputation for seamlessly guiding their clients through the effortless sale and purchase of homes throughout Lake Country.
The Request
As a full-service brokerage firm, Stapleton Realty wanted a site that emphasizes their unique skillset and diverse service offerings. Having an easy-to-use multiple listing service (MLS) was also an important component to the user experience they were trying to create.
The Strategy
In order to meet their objectives, Ocreative worked with the Stapleton Realty team to understand the many services they offer, learn more about their team members, and clearly identify the goals of their MLS integration. Using this information, Ocreative wrote custom copy highlighting their team and their services. We also created optimized, descriptive landing pages for each of the cities they service in order to provide more demographic information to users looking to relocate to the area.
The Outcome
The beautiful design features custom icons and color treatments to integrate with their existing branding, large and detailed local photography to reflect the aesthetics of Lake Country, and an attractive navigation header that mirrors the richness of Stapleton’s services.
Our development team created a custom MLS integration to ensure that all of the available properties in the area would load properly with an easy-to-use interface. The MLS integration is an important process feature to the Stapleton Realty team as it not only creates a robust consumer resource, it also optimizes their listing management eliminating duplicate entries and reducing time spent on administration. The direct connection to MLS ensures clients are seeing the most up-to-date listings at all times.
