Marketing Coordinator

Ocreative is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our metro-Milwaukee office, in Hartland, Wisconsin. Whoever takes on this exciting role will be highly engaged with our clients while working closely with the Ocreative team, to coordinate and develop data-driven marketing strategies that help drive loyalty and increase customer demand and revenue. We aim to help our new Marketing Coordinator grow into a Digital Marketing Specialist by offering on-site and remote skills training, direct client experience, and ownership in project management and execution. We are embracing a hybrid working environment, and you will work both in the office and remotely, and we’ll get your workstation setup in both locations.

Our new Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for co-managing both short and long term client projects through the effective communication of information, strategy, and schedules. You will work directly with our CEO and other team members to execute marketing strategies while expanding your digital marketing knowledge specifically in the areas of paid ads and search engine marketing.

  • Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes
  • Communicating project updates and requirements with clients
  • Assisting C-suite staff in day to day operations
  • Working on social media strategy, ad strategy, and execution
  • Communicating project needs and goals to internal team members
  • Routine review of paid search campaigns and adjustments
  • Routine reporting across digital marketing platforms
  • Attending paid online training certifications
  • Assist with project management by communicating information, strategy, and schedules to internal and external teams
  • Track, monitor, and measure the success of various digital marketing campaigns and report finding to C-suite team
  • Research, write, and manage copy in search and social ads
  • Research, draft, and refine advertising campaigns with the support of the Ocreative team
  • Explore new revenue and user growth opportunities with idea generation, analysis, and A/B testing
  • Assist in creating websites that are optimized for search engines
  • Develop keyword-optimized content for the web
  • Participate in SEO strategic development for diverse clients by researching keywords, market trends, and competitor data
  • Learn to analyze results and generate evaluation reports for SEO/PPC/SEM efforts
  • Completing other operational tasks

1-2 years of project coordination, digital content creation, digital marketing, and/or marketing agency experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively participate in, and manage, remote meetings
  • Willingness to learn new skills while adapting to your new role
  • A basic understanding of web analytics tools
  • A basic understanding of search engine optimization online marketing
  • A basic understanding of paid digital advertising experience
  • Writing and creating content assets for digital and print media
  • Experience working with online campaign results
  • A basic knowledge of SEO and social media best practices and strategies
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
  • Willingness to perform administrative tasks outside of job duties
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance
