To begin the process, the Ocreative team put on some hard hats and protective boots and took a tour of the LMI facilities. We got to see their entire customer-centered design, development, and execution process from start to finish. During our visit, we planned a photo shoot with our in-house photographer to capture custom images of their equipment, team, and processes to use on the new website.
We continued with our website survey and analysis process, merging their goals and objectives with what we learned from our own qualitative research in their industry. We developed a site map that categorized their services and offerings by market, product, and capability to capture leads from all forms of search traffic.
Our design team created a custom photo treatment that uses pops of color to highlight important details in each photo. They also created a series of custom icons that we used throughout the site to help define LMI’s processes and products and make them more palatable to users.
