Ocreative began by organizing, hosting, and monitoring a series of listening sessions with several CV Academics stakeholders and participants to get a better understanding of their program, model, and goals. In doing so, we were able to get diverse explanations from varying levels of participation to help build our messaging. We used our learnings from these sessions, combined with qualitative market research to develop key messaging for each audience.
Once we developed a clear communication and language strategy, we took that messaging and applied basic principles of UX/UI to develop a site map specifically structured to capture and syphon traffic to the correct information. We also embedded custom forms to drive leads to the appropriate parties to help drive conversions.
