Creative Solutions of Wisconsin is a disability support organization composed of experienced, compassionate support professionals dedicated to assisting people of all ages with disabilities and their families meet their administrative care needs. They seek to build foundations for successful futures by helping people with disabilities secure affordable housing, find meaningful job opportunities, and engage in social and community involvement.

THE REQUEST

Creative Solutions reached out to Ocreative to develop a new branding, website, and social media campaign that reflected their diverse and unique disability service options. Because Creative Solutions takes an out-of-the-box approach to support, it was important to help build awareness for their service and define why their approach offered a more comprehensive, sustainable take on disability support.

THE STRATEGY

The Ocreative team worked with Creative Solutions clearly define their service model and connect it back to the needs of those with disabilities throughout Wisconsin. Using keyword research and qualitative market analysis, we developed easily identifiable service categories and curated their website and social media campaigns around those offerings.

To build brand and service awareness, we leveraged Facebook and LinkedIn as their primary social media platforms. Through optimized graphic design and poignant copywriting, we created a series of reoccurring educational posts dedicated to amplifying voices of people with disabilities while focusing on their service model, their team of experienced support professionals, and by providing tips on disability allyship and community resources.

THE OUTCOME

While the social media campaign has helped drive hundreds of clicks to the Creative Solutions’ website and has enhanced their online following, most importantly, it has helped to build awareness for people with disabilities throughout Wisconsin. Through meaningful posts, strategic ad placement, and consistent branding, we effectively shared Creative Solution’s service messaging and helped them expand on their services. This campaign also received a Gold Award for Social Media from the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
